Valor Learning Ecosystem

A collaborative learning ecosystem that translates research into action—bridging gaps, connecting people and programs, and raising quality of life across high‑density military communities and beyond.

Framework

The Valor Learning Ecosystem is a science‑informed, public‑health–oriented learning community that applies lessons learned and bridges service gaps to raise quality of life for the entire community.

By improving community wellbeing, we more effectively elevate the wellbeing of veterans and military families than by focusing on isolated groups alone.

Valor turns research into usable tools and accessible services—so evidence doesn’t sit on a shelf. Instead, our centers and programs translate, integrate, and apply findings in real communities.

The ICED‑T Cycle

Our learning ecosystem framework runs on a continuous learning and diffusion loop.

InformFind, vet, synthesize, translate, and apply knowledge.
ConnectBridge people, programs, and institutions.
EmpowerEnable individuals and communities to act for themselves.
