Purpose
To establish a learning community focused on arts, crafts, trades, and technology using an evidence-based, interdisciplinary, collaborative approach to build community capacity and optimize quality of life. Through this program, participants generate a sense of purpose and achievement along with a collective sense of belonging to a community of learning and practice.
